I never expected the builder to be picker than my finance about imperfections in the final walk through. We went the weekend prior to the final walkthrough to make our own list and really look at every inch of the house that we could. I then made a detailed checklist to take to the walk through. When we arrived, we were surprised to see that Russ had already started his own blue tape for the walk through. He not only blue taped everything that we had noted on our list but others things that he wanted fixed properly. We are so glad we decided to go with this builder. We have heard horror stories about other builders in our neighborhood and we are so happy that we chose Kendall Homes! We also loved our sales consultant Ashley Helmer. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we navigated the process of selecting our dream home!
